it seems to be a joke about all the conspiracy theories and cartmans persona is Alex Jones or whatever his name is? that radio guy who shoots his mouth off about random nonsense and also how ppl connect random things together to form a totally weird idea that makes no sense but because the person is questioning authority people support them!
